Vintage Properties, is currently a WBE certified company in real estate development and consulting. We also are DCAMM certified as a Prime Contractor. We utilize are excellent subcontractors and project management skills to bring the same quality work as in our high-end homes to the commercial and public sectors. We have experience and knowledge in MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) projects and work well with architects, engineers, and customer agents in myriad of administrative requirements of commercial and public work.
