Vintage Properties is a WBE and DCAMM certified general contracting company. We perform both residential and small commercial/public general contracting. Details Matter is a tagline for us that was derived when we caught ourselves trying to push projects too fast. We understand expediting projects and keeping on schedule is important, but not to the detriment of important details not only in the physical aspect of the work, but also the very important administrative portion of projects. Timely and precise paperwork and communications are details that also make up a successful project. Our Beginning
After renovating several older homes in West Roxbury, MA, Vintage Properties was incorporated in 1997 with the intent of specializing in period restorations. The look and feel of an older home is something special. They all have personalities and karma created from the many families that lived there. Designing the renovations to continue the homes' personalities is important...as if we would live in them ourselves was and is our goal.
Our Passion
We soon ventured into building new homes with the look and feel of an older home. As home trends have changed, our homes have too. Every project had something special about it - our clients have connected with those specialties and have become very happy new homeowners. They have returned to us again and again to restore and renovate. Throughout the years we have continued to be selective on which old home or property will be the next Vintage Properties home.
